Full Service Leasing includes financing in the form of out-of-balance-sheet operating leasing and management and full service care on the basis of lump-sum monthly installment.
Full Service Leasing formula in KBC Autolease covers passenger cars, trucks in the body of passenger car and delivery vehicles of admissible total weight (DMC) up to 3,5t.
Full Service Leasing exists on the Polish market under many names, still it usually includes the same set of services. Other names are, among others: long-term lease, Car Fleet Management (CFM), full-service leasing, rental or tenancy. In the western EU it exists under the name Full Service Leasing or operating leasing.
Due to full tax benefits connected with operating leasing and a wide set of lump-sum car services and administrative services, Full Service Leasing is the name that reflects nature of the service in the best way.

- Financing
- We finance cars on the basis of fixed interest rate in the whole leasing period – constant installment,
- We offer safe and stable financing of KBC Group,
- Your contract is out-of-balance-sheet operating leasing contract that meets the requirements of CIT/PIT Act and Accounting for Operating Leasing Act – possibility to include charges for Full Service Leasing in tax-deductible costs,
- Residual (final) value is determined on the level of estimated market value – we assume risk of decrease in market value of second-hand cars,
- We use the highest discounts granted by car producers and car importers,
- We do not require initial engagement of own capital or we minimize its amount,

- Purchase and registration

- We cover costs of service overhauls and post-warranty repairs within lump-sum monthly installment – without seasonability and accumulation of costs

- We coordinate car service activities through our Operating Centre
- We authorize, control land optimize current service costs
- We manage exceptional situations and we support the Users
- We provide the user with the service card for car identification and for non-cash user service in the network of cooperating workshops
- At your request we organize services of VIP type or door-to-door type (relieving the users of delivering cars to servicing)
- We use exclusively verified cooperating services and workshops
- Tyres – purchase and replacement
- We cover purchase costs of additional tyres in accordance with the forecast mileage
- We optimize your costs of tyres through choosing its class in accordance with preferences (budget, medium, premium)
- We cover costs of seasonal replacement and storage of tyres in the chain of specialized workshops located all over Poland
- We authorize, control land optimize costs of tyres
- We coordinate other operations connected with the use of tyres (e.g. repairs)
- Fleet administration
- We minimize your administration through cumulating all costs in the form of one collective invoice
- We coordinate a lot suppliers of fleet services and products such as services, dealers, tyre chains or insurers – your Company is relieved of necessity to sign a lot of service agreements and other agreements

- We provide you with replacement cars that let the users of your company cars maintain mobility We provide you with replacement cars I a wide formula in case of failure (immobilization of the car), collision or accident and theft or total damage
- Replacement car service is offered within KBC Autolease ASSISTANCE 24h programme
- You choose from 3 options of Assistance programme that let you adjust the scope of replacement car service to your needs and opportunities for particular car users – programmes: Extra, Gold and VIP
- Insurance
- We insure cars in the full scope of OC/AC at a rate that is fixed during the whole leasing period or at variable rate
- We offer wide scope of insurance protection and attractive conditions
- We monitor damageability and trends in your company fleet
- We administer policies (we issue them we sent confirmations, we renew them)
- Damages liquidation
- We minimize engagement and we relieve the car user in the widest possible scope
- We register damage reporting from the users, we cooperate with services, insurer and broker
- We monitor progress in damage liquidation and performance of services
- We offer you ‘legal’ support in conflict/problematic situations in the process of liquidation
- Fuel cards
- We provide you with fuel cards of the following networks: Routex (BP, Statoil), Orlen or Shell
- We coordinate issuance and renewal of cards
- We take notifications and we issue duplicates of lost or damaged cards
- We report to you on fuel consumption and other costs born by means of the cards
- We enable you to restrict particular groups of products for fuel card payments (e.g. only fuel, accessories)
- Remarketing
- We assume risk of residual value of cars and financial costs connected with long sales period
- We take your cars that finish the contract and we deal with their logistics,
- We organize sales of cars on secondary market on our own behalf.

- We prepare managerial reports on your company fleet in accordance with a template agreed on with you or a standard one
