Why is mileage a parametre in Full Service Leasing contract?Our offer is created in the form of fixed monthly leasing charge including costs of financing, insurance and servicing, repairs and tyres. The latter factors depend strictly on the car?s mileage during the leasing period.
What happens when market prices of second-hand cars fall?
We bear the risk of changes in market prices of second-hand cars, i.e. of cars that finish the leasing contract. After the leasing period we handle their sale and the amount of the monthly installment is calculated with consideration of the residual value that we expect.
Does KBC Autolease offer FSL for all makes of cars?
Yes, we finance and manage cars of all car importers available on the Polish market in accordance with your choice.
Do we have to configure the cars and collect the dealers? offers ourselves?
No, it is us who deal with such activities. Based on your preliminary configuration discuss with the suppliers (dealers or importer) the configuration that is in accordance with current offer of the importers. Then we look for the most favourable offer of the cooperating dealers, on the basis of which we prepare Full Service Leasing offer.
Where shall we service the cars?
We provide you (the users) with a list of recommended service stations all over the country where you should service the particular car. We cooperate with authorized services whose quality is monitored on an up-to-date basis. We are granted discounts in these services which enable us to calculate for you a favourable monthly installment.
How does KBC Autolease calculate the fixed monthly installment?
We take into consideration estimated costs of servicing (overhauls, repairs) based on our experience and the current pricelists of the suppliers. We also include the estimated (or agreed with you) number of new tyres proportionally to the estimated mileage limit as well as the costs of their replacement and storage. We also take into account the costs of fleet administration and suppliers administration. The forecast loss of value of the cars that has impact on the financial installment constitutes as well an important estimation to be included in the amount of the installment.
Can we exceed the mileage limit specified in the contract?
Yes, it is a normal phenomenon in the fleet maintenance that the mileage limit is underestimated or overestimated, and the contract stipulates settlement at the end of leasing period on predetermined conditions.
When are we entitled to a substitute car?
You are entitled to a substitute car in situations when the car is immobilized and on detailed conditions determined by the KBC Autolease ASSISTANCE 24 programme according to its chosen variant.
What is the class and scope of the substitute car?
The class of the car is equal or one class lower that the class of the car that you use. The scope of the substitute car service depends of the chosen variant of KBC Autolease ASSISTANCE 24 programme.
Does KBC Autolease ASSISTANCE 24h function abroad?
The scope of assistance service depends of the chosen variant of KBC Autolease ASSISTANCE 24 programme.
Are we going to receive fleet reports?
We offer reports on the used fleet generated together with the monthly invoice as well as extensive reports on the fleet that are updated periodically and that are available online and managerial reports on request.
Can we put company branding on the car?
There is possibility to put company branding on the cars upon prior approval of KBC Autolease.
Can we exclude some elements from FSL offer?
AutoSelect Leasing service enables unbundling selected elements from the offer. In this way the scope of service is adjusted to your operational needs.
