In Full Service Leasing you repay only the difference between the purchase price including discounts and the forecast final value. Regardless of changes on the second-hand cars market, including trends of decreasing prices of second-hand cars in the last years, the residual value from the agreement remains unchanged. It does not influence your budgeting, and KBC Autolease takes care of selling the cars.

Openly about the costs
Does Full Service Leasing cover costs of unexpected damages occurring as a result of bravado, inattention, lack of user’s care within the fixed installment?
We are concerned about your trust and mutual understanding. This is way we treat this special matter openly. The fixed monthly installment covers all service costs and tyres costs resulting from regular use, i.e. use that is in accordance with purpose of the car and producer’s recommendations. Repairs resulting from over-regular use that the abovementioned situations are included in constitute additional cost to Full Service Leasing. It is a common and reasonable practice on the Polish and European Full Service Leasing market. We inform simultanously the company owner or the fleet administrator about these matters and advice how to avoid them in the future (e.g. by the company car policy).
Still, our Operating Centre and KBC Autolease ASSISTANCE 24h always deal with coordination of repairs and administration in such cases.
We support you also in actions aimed at improvement of level of using company cars.
